What Renova keeps
Renova is for store staff, managers, and owners. We keep what the app needs to run the store and your sign-in.

Your sign-in
We keep your name, email or phone, and password so you can sign in to the store that invited you.
Photos
The camera and photo library are used only when you scan a barcode, add shift evidence, or attach a picture to a report.
Voice notes
The microphone is used only when you record a short voice note during a shift pulse.
Store records
Sales, counts, cash, hours, lottery, and fuel that you enter stay with that store. Owners and managers can see them.
Reports
A note you send from the app, and an optional screenshot, is emailed to the Renova team. It is not saved in the store’s books.
No selling or tracking
We do not sell this information. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Delete your sign-in
This removes your name, email or phone, and password. Sales, counts, cash, and hours stay with the store.
